Nice people but low pay

They were flexible and worked around my schedule but they didn't pay well. They said they would put me in a location close to my home but then had me driving to the next town over which was too far.

The most enjoyable part of the job was assisting clients and interacting with families, however a bad management and a lack of support made it extremely difficult to provide safe and sufficient care for people in need. Time, designated for appointments, was very short and included drive time from home to home. Minimal wage was paid and not covered any overtime. The company built a schedule, which required broken hours. For example, from 7 am to 13 pm, and from 16 pm to 21 pm. My day assignment included 13 to 15 visits.

They will call you for orientation and then cancel on you without informing you. They keep recruiting making you feel like you did something wrong. Users!!!

I love Bayshore and the staff. Going through some continued health situations, they stood by me. Always. Once a position opens that fits, I want to return
