I never felt safe, clients or their families in their home didn't respect your space or wore any masks. Bayshore never took steps to call their clients to make sure they knew the rules, they expected you tell clients when you wore at their home and that was challenging as people don't like anyone telling them what to do in their own home.

yes, hours are set but they can add too

Any were from 2hrs a day to over 8 hr in a day. Sometomes you're made to work 12 to 20 hr shifts get 4 hr off before their next shift. Hrs are not consistent.

Flexible casual on call positions. You provide your availability and the scheduler works with you to match you with clients that fit within your availability and your skill level. The clients chose who they want in their homes so its important to provide exceptional care and build meaningful relationships with them so they continue to request you. 24/7 support and many educational opportunities.
