I will recommend that company address the employee, and ask if there is something going on in her life......never happened to me, supervisors and office staff, tread you as a employee to do the job, no matter what is going on in your life

If an employee states a client’s residence is too unsanitary or mental condition too unstable, possibly already observed by a previous psw trying to make the visit, DO NOT insist employee must go into said mess because it is the company mandate that everyone deserves access to health care.

Also Ben and his girlfriend Jessica like to lie and put stuff on each other pretend like they have seperate phone lines when really they just relay whatever message you leave one or the other very shady organization totally despicable

Save your selves time grief and stress... Do not work for Bayshore Toronto in any kind of setting they lie about the hours you will work. And they do not pay you for hoursbyou do work. Total disgrace to healthcare...

Demote the current person so she works along with the team of schedulers and is reminded of how much the support workers do in fulfilling their duties. It would also have been good to pass on compliments from the clients to the workers; and after a number of good comments a .25 cent per hour raise would motivate the worker.
