Take a look at the benifits, salary, work hours, and the unionization back in St. John's, Newfoundland with eastern health...these things are all well provided and taken care of for the employee. If Ontario followed the same way ...many people would be happy to take these types of jobs.
I will recommend that company address the employee, and ask if there is something going on in her life......never happened to me, supervisors and office staff, tread you as a employee to do the job, no matter what is going on in your life
If an employee states a client’s residence is too unsanitary or mental condition too unstable, possibly already observed by a previous psw trying to make the visit, DO NOT insist employee must go into said mess because it is the company mandate that everyone deserves access to health care.
Also Ben and his girlfriend Jessica like to lie and put stuff on each other pretend like they have seperate phone lines when really they just relay whatever message you leave one or the other very shady organization totally despicable
Save your selves time grief and stress... Do not work for Bayshore Toronto in any kind of setting they lie about the hours you will work. And they do not pay you for hoursbyou do work. Total disgrace to healthcare...
Pay a living wage and give gas allowence. Follow thru with what you promise potential employees.

Management are not nurses
The company is unorganized.
That is management's fault
Focus on resolving the issues effectively and honestly, regardless of personal relationships. Be consistent in application of policy.
