As a new CSC, I never felt like I knew what I was doing and the folks in charge of training essentially tell you that being totally lost and nearly paralyzed with indecision about how to handle any number of incredibly specific scenarios is perfectly normal. The night shift does the same work as the day shift does with a fraction of the people and one PM CSC has to run the front desk as well. It’s an overwhelming position with no relevant support offered.
Lack of pay for the field staff no respect no consistent schedule pay check is often short hours worked they don’t care about clients or staff if I could find another placement I would leave Bayshore in a minute, terrible place to work I would not recommend to my enemy
Poorly paid and without regular pay increase. Typical pay increase was only $.25 an hour. No retirement pension. We pay for our own health benefits.
Bayshore Specialty Rx has the worst management imaginable on every level, from national right down to local
If you’re pregnant they will fire you wrongfully acting as if you did wrong when you did nothing wrong.
Poor communication with other staff and no term work
Unsatisfied overall.
Management is horrible. Have never seen a business managed worse - they take more clients than they can handle and will have csc's call you nonstop to see clients because they get about 30 sick calls a day.
Do not work here.. They don't care. They keep hiring. And your hours get cut.. Back to point of quiting.
..
They don't want disabled people working for them. they cut their hours.. less work.. if you don't as kiss . you get nothing.. you have to accept the bullying from other workers. they cut your hours if you complain too much or complain at all.
