Fun work place
Housekeeper (Current Employee) - Gaylord, MI - 15 January 2023
Awesome management, they work with you when you need something. Guests can be fun and the physical aspect of the job is a benefit. The pay isn't great but the work environment is fun, easygoing, and chill. The general manager is amazing, she'll help with anything and she will even get her hands dirty and will work and help us clean. If you want a fun work environment and good coworkers and can handle a lower wage then its a great place to work!

Bad place to work
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Chambersburg, PA - 4 January 2023
At the location in Chambersburg, PA a very bad place to work. The housekeeping never gets much tips, maintenance workers and front desk enters rooms first and never any tips left, they never take off taxes of checks or cash deposited into your account [Federal, State, Local, or Social Security Deductions]. This is the hardest draw back from working here. They never keep anyone, a changing over place of employees. Management are suppose to give you time sheet to sign and most of the time you do not get paid for all of your hours worked. I would not recommend anyone working here.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Everything and no taxes deducted

Flexible and simple yet can be aggravating
Housekeeping (Current Employee) - Cheraw, SC - 22 December 2022
Hours are ok they work well with them if you need off. Can be aggravating. Most the employees all but maybe 2 or 3 are great those people will ruin everything though and nothing will be done about them the company would rather loose the good employees that actually work than handle them

Horrible workplace
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Mackinaw City, MI - 30 November 2022
Management is absolutely horrible. The manager/head housekeeper talks rudely and badly about everyone there and only pretends to care about the employees. It's all about butt kissing there.
Pros
Pay
Cons
Everything else

Tried to short my pay, and would like you to work everyday.
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Helen, GA - 6 November 2022
They tried to short my pay, I called them out and they ended up giving me my money. The on site manager and employees are awesome but are not compensated fairly or treated fairly by the overall manager.

Work place errors
Housekeeper (Current Employee) - Kirksville, MO - 8 July 2022
Not the best work environment, been there almost 4 yrs and still wondering why am I sticking around when nothing is appreciated. Head housekeeper will have u bouncing around from room to room after telling u one thing n then doing another. Some days things run smoothly n then others you will wonder why you bothered coming into work.

Housekeeping (Former Employee) - Lafayette, IN - 21 June 2022
They were very disorganized management was personal with the employees, a lot of their family members helped out there as well which made it uncomfortable for the actual workers, the work was to much from morning to evening very stressful work environment

Loved it
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Colorado Springs, CO - 16 June 2022
My managers were very accommodating and understanding as well as appreciative and observant. I was recognized for my hard work and that meant a lot considering that I was just getting back into working after a bout of bad decision making and being made to feel worthless.

Customers
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Rocky Mount, VA - 9 June 2022
The customers. The management not the best n I chance if moving up. They don't believe in hiring people for executive housekeeper you only work 20 hours a week and you have to buy your own cleaning supplies to clean tge roons

Not professional at all.
Maid/Housekeeping Cleaner (Current Employee) - Coeur d'Alene, ID - 26 May 2022
I've been working there for almost a month and they refuse to give me a set schedule. They don't treat there staff well so everyone keeps leaving the job. Short staffed means more work for those there. Lied about starting pay and no positive reinforcement to help energies work ethic. Other locations my be better but in CDA Idaho it's bad. They try to force a 7day work week. I have to call out if I want a day off. But they still try to bully you to work that day even when you say that you can't... Stay away from the Coeur D’Alene location in Idaho.

I was able to work by myself.
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Minot, ND - 19 April 2022
This company has a very high turnover rate, for good reason. No appreciation for workers who are dependable, hardworking, and honest. Very cliquey coworkers, lots of gossip and badmouthing of other employees as well as guests renting a room. Overall, a disappointment of human behavior.
