A typical day at work included making the girls their sheets for the day. Check rooms to make sure they were clean. Answering emails and phone calls. Placing orders for stock. Dealing with complaints. I've learned to be very patient in training new staff.

Fun work environment

I enjoyed working here as I had worked with multiple other employees already there. Fun group of people. Only bad thing is with Housekeeping the hours are short.

The hotel is filthy along with most of the guests. Owners are extremely cheap. Employees don't stay due to the lack of pay and respect. Not nearly enough staff

Having bad management is how you lose good workers

No support from management and every one there is 2 faced , especially the manager and she is so self centered. I worked here long enough to know. A lot of lazy individuals and no thank you or bonuses through the whole covid pandemic. No holiday pay and all the responsibility gets puts on the housekeepers, it’s 10 times harder to do our jobs when we don’t have what’s needed. Housekeepers get pushed to the limit while other departments are just standing around




Low pay, hours are not guaranteed, no respect

Overall the job was fun and a great experience

It was a great job with nice and friendly co workers place, we greeted all of our guests with nice warm smiles and did our best to make sure their stay was comfortable and complaint free

it is an ok place to work for but they dont pay overtime no benefits,no overtime and they do not have the staff they over work they employees,no team work

Productive and good team work

I learned how to interact with people in certain circumstances when they had a problem and how to find the solution their concern. The hardest part of the job is a customer that leaves unsatisfied and me knowing i couldn't do anything about it. The most enjoyable part of the job is the team i have we all work together and try our very best to fulfill the jobs requirements and overall the guests satisfaction.

fun workplace

go in print duty sheets start laundry how 4 employees can clean 79 rooms a day plus laundry i pretty much like all management everyone got along respect and got the job done multitasking doing rooms plus laundry it was hard but it was fun hard working crew there excellent just having some good workers we work hard but enjoyed ourselves i miss them

Hard to manage with bosses times for meetings. Supplies forworkers where not supplied on time. I liked working with guests. Getting to know regulars.

I liked working with customers and knowing what their needs where in every visit. Preparing for each big event and upgrading the hotel. Training new staff and welcoming new staff. The downside was only that upper staff was not managed well no one was around on weekends for problems.
