Long term good employees thrown to the curb. New management do not care about employees = only a #. Family feeling company gone
Need a better plant Manager who actually cares about the employees. Found the new plant managers = 2 faced. Need to listen & open ur eyes from caring employees. The moral is very low because of this.Office Services Coordinator in Mississauga, ON

Terrible management , always passing jobs to the people even if we’re not qualified for the role. No help.
No management qualifications. HR does not care for their people. HR has favourites . Easy to blame others . Lots of turn arounds in this company. They replace people quickly after letting them goCustomer Service Representative in Mississauga, ON

Definitely a very physically draining job
I have learned so much in this job. Everyone did, you need to learn fast & adapt a process of your own to survive. It's a place where you work every second of your pay. You learn to be a machine, a living machine!!! But the worst part is the management, if you ask a simple question, you will not get a direct answer, not from the supervisors, not from the manager, it's frustrating & very unprofessional. They seemed to care during huddles & ACE test but only what works out for them. We have few team leads & Pharmacists that are very pleasant to work with & have good working ethics. They lift the team spirit & somehow take away some of the frustrations. What would you say about your employer?

What is important is that I should have asked more questions - quick and anxious to hire which should have been a red flag!
