Quality Technician in Alliston, ON

Long term good employees thrown to the curb. New management do not care about employees = only a #. Family feeling company gone
Need a better plant Manager who actually cares about the employees. Found the new plant managers = 2 faced. Need to listen & open ur eyes from caring employees. The moral is very low because of this.

Definitely a very physically draining job
I have learned so much in this job. Everyone did, you need to learn fast & adapt a process of your own to survive. It's a place where you work every second of your pay. You learn to be a machine, a living machine!!!But the worst part is the management, if you ask a simple question, you will not get a direct answer, not from the supervisors, not from the manager, it's frustrating & very unprofessional. They seemed to care during huddles & ACE test but only what works out for them. We have few team leads & Pharmacists that are very pleasant to work with & have good working ethics. They lift the team spirit & somehow take away some of the frustrations.

Lack of management in almost all areas of work.
Unorganized, missmanged, lack of direction and stressful .The company is keeping afloat with its day to day operations with more, regulatory, management and cultural issues than they can handle. Employees are treated as a means to make up for lack of management and suffer as a result.

Not a fun place to work .
Short term. If you have a job stay away from that place. It's not the best place to work and will never be. All the locals feel treated ,they very dull

General where I worked before why I left why do you want to work for baxter

Shared on 13 November 2018

What is important is that I should have asked more questions - quick and anxious to hire which should have been a red flag!
