BATL is a company that has lost its way to greedy executives, blatant nepotism, industry politics, profit-first policies and a toxic company culture that compensates undervalued employees with a cult-like family mentality of fictionalized shared-stakeholdership and a semi-annual pizza party for those who hang on long enough (if you're lucky).

For Aspiring Coaches:

The company will pay you the absolute minimum possible and expect the highest level of commitment and accommodation from their employees.

Most coaches make minimum wage plus pooled tips every two weeks. It's not enough to live on unless you work 30+ hours a week which rarely happens between April and November.
