You don't want to work for this company if you have half a brain or any kind of personality. This is the cliquiest company I have ever worked for. The store I was hired in seems to only want to employ teenagers and airhead women, if you don't fit either of those molds you better not even bother applying. Never have I worked for a more ridiculous management team, couldn't even keep schedules straight between them to know who was in and working what shifts. Both interviews that I was scheduled for were more than 20 minutes later than the scheduled time, which I was courteous enough to show up early for but was not shown the same professional courtesy for my time, more of a we'll get to it when we get to it attitude, highly unprofessional.
There is little to no communication between managers so one hand knows what the other is doing, very disorganized. And they expect you to drop your life for them, regardless of the availability you submit.
I was left in the backroom by myself with no direction for 2 shifts having no idea what I was to be watching or learning because the manager got the schedule confused and wasn't even there to train me the one day. I was told I wouldn't be able to keep my other job due to the needs of the store and Refused to give any explanation other than a very snotty "if you have questions you can call the dm" as to why I was being let go. Very unprofessional management team. Very disappointed with this company.

How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Bath & Body Works? What are the steps along the way?
I got hired extremely quickly for them as a Christmas seasonal associate and then was kept after the winter season was over. They called me the same day I sent in my application and I was hired right at the group interview days later.
Have you ever had to work with someone that you have a discrepancy with and how did you handle it?
