Very busy but very micro managed by dealer principal
Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Surrey, BC8 December 2015
I was the sales manger at had a lot on my plate a typical sale would go as follows;
Meeting customers as early as possible in the sales
process, would qualify them and then try to get customers to give
me a credit application, submitting application in dealer track for
approvals, then try to meet the customers payment wants, relay to
them what I believe is best for them due to their current financial
situation, get salesman to show the vehicles I have chosen, then
close the deal after test drive , then up sell financial products i.e..
warranties, insurance policies. Get documents signed and give
them my personal business card and remind them of our referral
program, and have a salesperson walk them through a delivery
checklist..
