Min. Pay, fun working in the food industry, but stability wise nope

Needs to add benefits to employees , can give weekend time of upon request, min. Pay, would suggest to give benefits and salary increase to keep employees

Worst Employer I ever had

Management are unreliable and frequently out of province. Staff are unsupervised and cut corners. I will never eat here again after seeing how unclean it is.

Good food

Honestly great food nice customers although staff can be very disrespectful to eachother and often go home "sick" which isn't fair to the rest of the workers

Horrible

Honestly the worst job I’ve ever had, the owners treated their staff with no respect. They took away our paid breaks but expected us to stay AND work during them?! When you request time off they only schedule you on the day you requested off so you get 0 hours. If I can recommend anything it’s don’t work at bar burrito Bowmanville

Basic

Easy kitchen to manage, however a lot of cons if you have a bad team. Franchises you might get a good manager.The job itself is very basic and simple, but you are likely the only person who actually cares about the restaurant and the quality of food you put out. Very had to maintain food safety standards with a bad team.
