Very professional environment and had lots of team collaboration / play. Management kept an eye on the basic needs of its employees. Very promising employer.
Pros
Very composed organization.
The company is great to work for, with semiannual wellness weeks with food and activities. Bantrel has also been pushing to be 100% paperless since 2018, which made the transition to working at home during quarantine relatively seamless. Work does seem t come in waves, as is the nature of consulting firms.
Pros
Semi-frequent lunch and learns with lunch provided, Wellness Weeks, Supportive teams
no job security. if they lose a project you're almost guaranteed to be laid off as they only focus on mega projects which are no longer very abundant in this country.
I love working with Bantrel. The best thing about Bantrel is they treat everyone equal and give chance to everyone to rise and learn, implement and use the most of the technical skills during the learning period.
I have worked with a few EPC companies in Calgary, but Bantrel stands out as the best. This is a company with a great structure where you can use your skills and experience to the fullest.
Pros
Best Luch and Learn Sessions and variety of company activities.

Pros
intelligent people, excellent team members, very beneficial for a young engineer to learn
Cons
job security
