One thing that really stood out was the fact that this job kept their ears and eyes open for talent, i noticed they found people including myself that would fit into more complicated roles and wasted no time in advancing you there. Training was always available for anyone who may have needed it.

21 days straight with 10 to 12 hour days is just too long
Some great folks work(ed) here. The pay is excellent and high standards of professional practice were maintained through a well-developed and implemented quality assurance/control program.However, a few suggestions in the interest of continuous improvement:- The need to diversify the business beyond the existing oil and gas client base is clear, and yet executive have failed to expand the EPC offerings into less volatile sectors and the growing clean tech space. This is a root cause of current hardships, even more so than the pandemic.- The business model is to make layoffs first, and ask questions later. This demonstrates a lack of ability by management to effectively leverage human capital assets towards productive work and business development. - Employee health and stress ought to be better overseen; some folks work far too many hours to be healthy.
