Reviews about Pay & benefits for Customer Service Representative at National Bank of Canada

Average

Working at the National Bank of Canada was a decent experience overall however my specific branch had quite a bit of tension. Every shift was ridden with colleagues arguing and a poor job culture. Direct superior was horrible although I loved my other colleagues.

Almost a step forward

At National bank there is lot of room for growth if you are ok with a salary that isn't competitive enough. The management is good. I think a typical workday is challenging.

A good place to work

A good bank to work at. Smaller than the top 5 banks but competitive in its own right. This job includes benefits if you work a certain amount of hours.
