Analyste BI - SAS (Current Employee) –  Montréal, QC22 April 2018

Fusion difficile
Commis d'escompte (Former Employee) –  Repentigny, QC11 March 2018
Pros
Travail passionnant, avantages sociaux intéressants
Cons
Promotions peu nombreuses .

A good bank to work at. Smaller than the top 5 banks but competitive in its own right. This job includes benefits if you work a certain amount of hours.

CSR's are not service providers, basically just product salesmen
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON29 January 2018
The workplace culture is mostly centered around sales and was barely ever centered around customer service. You will find yourself having to meet a ridiculous amount of product sales quotas.
