Entreprise en changements. Peu de possibilité de développement professionnel, sentiment personnel, qui peut nuire au bon fonctionnement d'une entreprise .

I enjoyed working for the bank with customer service. My colleagues were a lot of fun to work with. I also learned a lot. They weren't just colleagues it became a family. Since we worked together everyday.

Hardest part of the job
Sr. Financial Analyst (Current Employee) –  199 Bay Street, Toronto13 December 2019
Hardest part of the job is Analyzing million of dollars in funding to ensure the clients acre paid the correct amounts, and we balance on a daily basis. A lot of analytical skills are required if a client is either over or under paid even by a penny. Also ensuring that all our clients are paid on time so that they do not lose out on lost interest payment amounts. Through
Pros
A few corporate parties do take place

Stagiaire (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC10 December 2019
It was a really good place to go working. The organisation has a lot going on these times. So it's a workplace with good opportunities ! I recommend it to anyone that loves to work hard and be autonomous.

Easy place to move up
Bilingual Business Analyst (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON5 December 2019
It's a changing bank with lots of opportunities they offer. It's easier to move up within the bank than the other banks.
On the other hand, the salary paid doesn't follow up with the cost of living in Toronto. Also, there is lots of politics in the company hierarchy.

Analyste d'Affaire (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC4 December 2019
j'AI AIMÉ. Pas stressant mais il y a une culture de syndiqué et les processus ne sont pas documentés. BLC n'est pas tellement competitif avec ses concurrents.

It was good
Credit Administration Officer (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON19 November 2019
It was a decent experience, although sometimes work got a little repetitive and alienating, the management did all sorts of fun things to keep people alive like lunches and what not. RRSP season was fun, there was a lot of work and great opportunities for over time. People were very respectful to each other and morale boosting.

experience varies from one department from another one
Senior Administration Officer (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON11 October 2019
I spent a couple of years in one department and the work was relaxed. I barely did overtime. Atmosphere was pleasant/ neutral. I have been working in another department for a couple of months now, and overtime is in the culture. Staff is friendlier and work hard.
In overall, the management tries to be pleasant by organizing a few events.
Tasks are repetitive and high volume; nothing difficult.
Difficult to advance in your career within the institution.
Good place to start a career . multi cultural.

Non Ethical.
Employee (Current Employee) –  Burlington, ON4 October 2019
orking there is working at the prison no team work. no ethics, Managers force the employees to work 2.50 hours every week for free with no pay. They keep increasing work load in some departments without enough employees.

Other departments pay their long time employees to socialize and harassing other employees. Management needs improvement as they are rude, disrespectful, unfair and lack all kind of managerial skills.

There are lot of favoritism in the workplace is exactly what it sounds like: favoring someone not because he or she is doing a great job, but for reasons outside of the job performance. ... Oftentimes, favoritism occurs when a manager and an employee have developed a friendship beyond the workplace.

HR do what managers tell not what is they suppose to do. They are not supporting the employees.

There is no respect or values at this place
