orking there is working at the prison no team work. no ethics, Managers force the employees to work 2.50 hours every week for free with no pay. They keep increasing work load in some departments without enough employees.
Other departments pay their long time employees to socialize and harassing other employees. Management needs improvement as they are rude, disrespectful, unfair and lack all kind of managerial skills.
