typical bank call center job. Not as stressful as the big banks since laurentian is only in quebec. More laid back. Still has sales andproductivity goals. Not a Bug bank, so less benefits and freebies and company paid perks as with other banks. But more of a close team, since its a smaller bank. good student job, and possibilities of advancement if - more ... you do good. - less
