Fun place to work, but too many overlapping inputs and different standards

This company would be great if they let their chefs have actual input an create instead of letting the owners dictate menus. Every restaurant in this group has completely different standards and operating procedures, there is almost no oversight. They promote and hire staff for positions that should not be there. They pay well, but if you're line level you need to wait 2 years before you're eligible for benefits. There is staff accom available, but it's not that much cheaper and it is cramped.Overall it's a fine place to work, but not for a long period of time.The person the brought on as a culinary consultant is borderline abusive to staff, and their communication skills are non-existent.

Good place to work for the summer, get as many hour as you want and there is also staff accommodation which is really nice since there is hardly and places to rent

Excellent company to work for, would recommend. Friendly, family feel wherever you work. Every venue has great food with a variety of menu items. A very positive kitchen environment to work in!
