Fun place to work, but too many overlapping inputs and different standards
Line cook (Former Employee) - Multiple - 28 March 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThis company would be great if they let their chefs have actual input an create instead of letting the owners dictate menus. Every restaurant in this group has completely different standards and operating procedures, there is almost no oversight. They promote and hire staff for positions that should not be there. They pay well, but if you're line level you need to wait 2 years before you're eligible for benefits. There is staff accom available, but it's not that much cheaper and it is cramped. Overall it's a fine place to work, but not for a long period of time. The person the brought on as a culinary consultant is borderline abusive to staff, and their communication skills are non-existent.
