I would change the management out, enforce safety, enforce rules and regulations, there would be zero tolerance of any abuse verbal or physical. I would have everyone trained on all machines and have the employees rotate so they don't get bored or get possessive of a machine, no one is better than the other.. I employ more women on the floor.
I would create an environment people would be proud to work in while still sustaining our production goals.I would treat the workers with the respect each individual deserves to gain respect and loyalty to achieve better production.I would be understanding to each employee and try to work with them to give them all the tools required to succeed at bailey.Also I would implement a proper training program for all new employees as there currently is none.
