Very Unsafe Operation
Operator (Current Employee) –  Nunavut15 December 2018
The new senior engineers, superintendants, and mine managers have a poor safety culture potentially endangering lives of us operators. They put the priority on production and encourage/impact people to compromise on safety directly and indirectly.

Employees are not well-respected in this company. One reason it has one of the highest turn over rate you will find internationally.

No salary increase whatsoever for the last 8 years with years of zero bonus.

They claim to care about employes, and its all a fake image the management the way they treat you. The transportation (airline) they use its the worst! Really bad planes and very very uncomfortable seats to travel that far! Very unreliable OLD planes. Very VERY rude and offensive! Senior drivers and Management! Accomodations sucks! Food in camp!!worst! Dirty and Undercooked or raw! Theres never enough space to build more washrooms and showers! Do yourself a favor and go work the Oil industry!

Safety being the 1st concern.
B-train operator (Former Employee) –  Nunavut26 February 2017
Safety is a major concern. The life at the camp is one of a kind experience. Work environment is great because of the coworkers relationship and the security being a 1st priority.

Enjoyable work, always something new.
Remote location. New camp accommodations look to be a great improvement.
