I was enthused at first, but after some time, was tired of the games
I started feeling quite eager to work for this company, wanted to promote and be pro-active. Soon, it was becoming apparent it was just a case of game playing for management to better themselves and the heck with the crew. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the crew, great group of people, some of the supervisors and managers were amazing to work for, - more ... but upper management was a different story. Always holding you back, never letting you work the higher paying jobs, Those were saved for their favorite employees. No sense of belonging. No extra-curricular activities. Nothing at Christma ... - less
Prosexcellent training and certification
Conslack of hours, no promotions, always fighting for proper wages/rates of pay etc.
