The first answer is correct. If you want to change it later, they are very accommodating.
It's difficult to believe it won't be around 10 years from now. They have well footed customers, a great reputation for quality parts and a saavy CEO. Job security is a massive advantage here for skilled workers.

- being OK with owners personalities and method of running the company/dealing with employees
- Finding a similarly rewarding opportunity elsewhere, and/or just being ready for a change.
