What advice would you give the CEO of Axis Family Resources about how to improve the company?
Keep listening, keep asking, keep checking in, keeping responding :)
What would you suggest Axis Family Resources management do to prevent others from leaving?
I believe that the only reason that staff leave is because they go to other job opportunities. However, most of the staff I have touched base with have been with the company for a lot of years. The only thing I can suggest, is to do staff meetings regularly to make sure that all protocol and standards are been met.
24 hours when signing on for support shifts, however there are many other positions available and your coordinators are there to support changes if needed to different roles it they can. Always ask!!
I believe like in any interview regardless of the position you are applying for you should dress with a bit of professionalism.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Axis Family Resources?
Be genuine and honest. If you are hesitant about any behaviours be open to discussion about this.
If someone feels like they aren't being heard I believe it is worth a next step follow-up to ask for a second opinion or to speak to another leader within the Axis team.
