Nice experience
Nice experience in general, work from home but set hours. My manger was so nice and encouragement. Always have something new to learn, not really stressful
Underwriter in Halifax, NS

Great company to work for
Enjoyed my time working there. Great coworkers. Manager was helpful and supportive. It is a call center so your time is closely watched and monitored.
Insurance Advisor in Edmonton, AB

Do not work here
Find any other job but this one, not a great experience. Management is horrible, co-workers are not any better and pay is below average with what was expected of me. Only take a job with them if you're desperate
Customer Service Representative in Montréal, QC
on 23 January 2021
waisting time
not a good place to work stressful, direction don't care about employee just company performance
Commercial Underwriter in Calgary, AB
on 28 November 2020
No work/life balance, terrible management
No work life balance in underwriting, way too much red tape, morale is low, people are swamped and are waiting to get a package or looking for other jobs. New management has ruined what used to be a good place to work. If you miss even one little detail you get a ‘breach’ on your performance review and it impacts your bonus and raise. Do not work here unless you’re desperate and need a place to work at till something better comes along. No on boarding plan, no real direction, bad systems, too much pressure and management has no idea what underwriters need to be successful.
