Slow Motion Inventory limits the parts inventory in each branch, a nightmare for technicians. On the road 75% of the time, sometimes more. No recognition in return. Very limited vacation choice. Fleet of obsolete, very old and poorly maintained heavy trucks. Lots of burn-out. Ridiculous remoteness bonus. Formerly a very nice company, but destroyed by a new management. Many good technicians, but misused, they are overwhelmed with administrative tasks that could be done by an administrative employee. No vehicles provided unlike the competitors. Not even a Christmas party, just a small dinner without a spouse. Ship without captain taking the water, sinking to come.
