Stressful to work with managers.
Managers are incompetent. They will ask you to do something that they don’t have any idea what are they asking. Even you explained that was not good idea, they won’t believe, important is you have to obey or else you will get a bad shot to them. Managers are arrogant. They are like owners, they should always right. Buildings are so old, so expect you will receive a call on after hours when you are on-call schedule. Actually even you are not on-call schedule, expect a call from managers because the guy scheduled on on-call were overwhelmed on lot of calls especially at winter season. Standby rate for on-call and gas allowance for your own vehicle are not enough if you are Work Order Maintenance Associates, because you are always travelling from one site to another site.

Management is super selfish and non-appreciative
Worked here for 3 years. Their tenants always complain about the condition of the properties they own/manage. No job security, you are just a number for them.

Good money and benefits, poor work culture
Great compensation and benefits Great Co workers and tenants Good profit share Does provide gas allowance. Benefits include dental, vision and health care spending Senior Management is not qualified. Most senior leadership either family or friends CEO not involved but making good acquisitions. Growth is based on Who you know and nepotism Some of their buildings lack quality and have issues but off late they’ve been buying newer buildings People and culture work from home and barely meet on field employees. Employee engagement and morale quite low as a result. Over all - I feel great organization for investors to invest but lacks employee engagement, not so qualified management with only few exceptions, incredibly high payroll cost because of fat in the organization hierarchy. Management loves to take short cuts as well.

Interesting, mixed bag
Good co-workers, friendly tenants. Good benefits and profit share program. Great incentive and bonus program. Company even sends nominated employees to HawaiiAdvancement based on networking, nepotism and/or who you know. Friends and family organizationLot of politicsLeadership not in sync with field operationsLots of good people let go without valid reasons

Run. Far far away.
Once of the worst companies I have worked for. Moved up in rolls quickly but let go with no reason just as fast. Seems to be the norm with this place.
