If you’re desperate, work here
If you need a job go ahead and get one here but don’t expect to be treated well. You be used and abused when needed and kicked to the curb when they’re done with you. Make a mistake or say the wrong thing and you’ll sit for days/weeks. Wages are all over the place and they’ll change your time sheet if they don’t like something about it even though they are legit hours and actually a bit less than worked. I stayed after work because I was told I’d get shop time for cleaning trucks. I spent 3 hours doing a full detail on a disgusting truck because I was told I’d be operating that specific one for a while. I wrote down 2.5 hours shop time. The next day someone else took that truck and I was left sitting at home. Never operated that truck again. Couple weeks later, I see that they knocked my shop time down to an hour. They saved themselves $30 and I lost all respect at that moment. They’ll change your wages without telling you and expect you to be ok with it. Make promises but won’t keep them. They like to bounce you from truck to truck and expect you to clean other peoples messes. No pride, no respect, no recognition. Safety is top priority until it affects the bottom line, then it doesn’t matter. Lots of potential but terrible leadership. Avoid unless you’re desperate.

Do not work here
The company is one of the most unorganized messes. The only office that’s worth working for is Fort Saskatchewan. Besides that, they will lie to you and promise to give you work but then give it to others. They’re turn over rate is exceptionally high which illustrates what a bad company it is to work for. They will change your hours on your paycheque without telling you. All in all, terrible place to work. Employee housing is brutal, especially the peace rover “camp”.

Worriers place to work
Avenge has real bad equipment and does not treat their employees that well. Completely horrible place to work, they say they care at the start but you soon find out they dont give a care about you or your opinions. Act like they are perfect and everyone knows nothing. They are cut throat and not trustworthy aT all.

Great Experience With Avenge
Super happy with the opportunities here. A great family & Friend owned and operated locally grown company. Good hard work and a good groove. There is a real small town feel.

Great company to work for
I've been here 4 months and the company is treating me well. Great benefits and lots of hours. The office staff are super friendly and so are the other co-workers.
