Good people just extremely unorganized
This is an okay work place if you need a filler until your next gig. Very clicky tattle tale type of environment . Management is a complete utter mess that dont follow basic legislative laws and regulations with major internal issues and everyone turns a blind eye. When they are busy you make good bank. Don't trust anybody. They claim that they're in open arms and they treat you like family but they do the opposite behind your back. Operator in Peace River, AB

Highs and Lows
Most days it's been great, then there's days where it makes you wonder if it's even worth it, few if the other employees are great and we all get along, but you do need to be careful what you say as people will start rumors and create nonsense drama and rifts amongst the teamsoperator in Grande Prairie, AB

disappointed
Not worth the time. I was used for 2 and 3/4 months and then let go because I did not have the license classification they supposedly wanted. This was not even part of the discussion when I was hired or after that. Feel like Avenge wasted my time. If they wanted me to have a class 1 license then that should have been communicated right from the start. The confusing thing is that my position DID NOT require me to have a class 1 license so I feel like I was simply a stop gap for almost 3 months of my time when I could have been looking for work with a company who had intentions of keeping me on. Very disappointing experience Equipment Operator in Grande Prairie, AB

Team first culture in Grande Prairie
been with the company for about three months. And mgt tries to address any concerns or problems that we have. Avenge is working hard to attract and retain the quality operators. And not everyone can make the cut so they leave negative reviewsWhat would you say about your employer?

Talked a lot about my experience. They gave me knowledge on the company and background information on it. We went through the shop and we went through some trucks to Show me what they had to offer and if i was the right fit for the Company and I have loved it ever since.
