They only pretend to take your concerns seriously
Management was very two faced and was an old boy's club culture. You were sent to sites with no information and if you did not have all the necessary equipment because you were not given the proper information, somehow this was YOUR fault. Employee safety was not a priority for them either and they would tell you it was a priority but then throw you under the bus right after.
