Warehouse Associate in Burnaby, BC

Debatable Work Culture
Management is questionable at best. Best place to work if you are either a college drop out, or if you have no other options left in your life. Benefits are a net positive, though wages still wouldn't cover the living expenses in the Greater Vancouver area. Only enjoyable bit about the job, depending on where you work, is mostly packing. Other than that, no one cares if you are stressed out in your work, as long as everything gets done. It's easy to have a mental meltdown in the workplace.

Stay clear
One of the worst/negative environment companies,I have ever worked for! Everyone is super unfriendly and rude especially the accounting and warehouse departments and everybody also blames everyone else for their mistakes. A very stressful and hostile place to work constant problems between management and staff.. Cheap all around. Needs a complete overhaul on procedures and practices and management and job duties of positions. They need way more middle management staff trying to be cheap on wages. Upper management are never there and don't support in anyway. Then they will yell at you for their lack of communications and control of their departments. I would stay clear of this company, more stress then it's worth

Good place to work yourself to death or if you have no plans of going on vacation.
decent wage for decent work. if you're new you'll have the most lopsided schedule until you become and established production operator. you'll have an 7am shift on monday then a 11am shift on tuesday, 6am shift on wednesday etc etc. The people you work with are great and you pick up a lot from working with the veterans. the hardest part of the job was if you were scheduled in the yogurt machine and on the milk jugs machine on the same day, they'll have you work at an incubator and a freezer the whole shift. Breaks and Lunches are very inconsistent. I recommend this job to newcomers and people who have no plans of going on vacation and or are 100% dedicated on working there for the rest of your life. If you do manage to stay within the company, i heard that they can pay for your education and take good care of you.

Worst dairy company to work for
The CTO is two faced individual, talks a big game about senortity and blames Chinese owners for being cheapskates, Agropur & Saputo are better options

Fast paced environment with a great warehouse crew
I have nothing bad to say, great job that can support you, nice fun people to work with that know how to get the job done. Room for wage growth if you excel.
