Don’t be fooled!

I had the unfortunate opportunity to work for a company that I can only describe as a nightmare. From day one, it was clear that this employer had no regard for their employees' well-being or happiness.The management team was completely incompetent and had no clue how to lead or motivate their staff. They constantly made unrealistic demands and expected us to work long hours without any compensation or appreciation. There was no work-life balance whatsoever, and personal time was seen as a luxury that employees simply couldn't afford.Communication within the company was abysmal. Important information was often withheld, leaving us to scramble and figure things out on our own. The lack of transparency created a toxic and distrustful atmosphere, where rumors and gossip ran rampant.The work environment was incredibly toxic and hostile. Colleagues were pitted against each other, and there was a constant fear of being thrown under the bus to save face. Constructive feedback was nonexistent, and any attempts to improve or voice concerns were met with dismissiveness and condescension.To make matters worse, the pay was insultingly low for the amount of work and stress we had to endure. There were no opportunities for growth or advancement, as the company had no interest in investing in their employees' professional development.Overall, working for this employer was a truly dreadful experience. It was a toxic, disorganized, and exploitative environment that took a toll on both my mental and physical well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering working for this company to -

I have been working at Elgin Chrysler in St Thomas for 5 years. Its a great place to work if you like fast paced environment. We have great management that are always willing to help all of us out. Everyone is very friendly and works together to make our dealership the best it can be.I would highly recommended Elgin Chrysler and Auto IQ and organization to work for!!

Good earning potential but no work life balance

Great place to earn a solid income if you are willing to work 60+ hours per week. Leadership within the location is not as strong as it could be. They have a great process when it’s followed but it only applies to certain individuals. Accountability is not standard to everyone. Partner in same department is not a team player and it is seen by upper management but nothing is done. Everything leads back to management not managing their staff effectively. The most enjoyable part is pay day as it’s the only time you feel like you want to come back but again, you are working 60+ hours to get it. Pay is below industry standard which is why you also need to work the hours in order to earn what is typically acceptable.
