Great place to gain experience!

Receptionist (Former Employee) - Kitchener, ON - 8 August 2023

I was very pleased with my experience working at Kitchener Hyundai Sales Department. As a part-time employee, I was able to do a lot of tasks and got training from other staff. The entire team was welcoming and fun to work with.

Fun place to work they appreciate you and treat you like family

I enjoy interacting with everyone that comes into my work place including the staff that I see daily. Everyone has been very helpful in the training process.

I enjoyed working for Wills Chevrolet which was under the AutoIQ umbrella. I only worked there for two months as I was hired after the province was opening up and then let go when the province was shutting down again because of COVID.

Good earning potential but no work life balance

Great place to earn a solid income if you are willing to work 60+ hours per week. Leadership within the location is not as strong as it could be. They have a great process when it’s followed but it only applies to certain individuals. Accountability is not standard to everyone. Partner in same department is not a team player and it is seen by upper management but nothing is done. Everything leads back to management not managing their staff effectively. The most enjoyable part is pay day as it’s the only time you feel like you want to come back but again, you are working 60+ hours to get it. Pay is below industry standard which is why you also need to work the hours in order to earn what is typically acceptable.
