Average pay and good benefits.

Overall a great place to work, pay seems to be inline with average salary for the industry. Work life balance not always ideal, as no paid sick days are allocated and only 2 weeks vacation. Having to have 5 and then 12 years of service to increase this.

Fast paced work environment

The dealership is a great place to work. It is definitely a fast paced environment and just like any job come it's stress. If your not efficient and able to deal with the stress it's probably not the place for you. It is a friendly environment and the people are nice.
