Very much a call center mentality

Just like the title says, it is very much like a call centre in terms of the blatant favouritism and BS that goes on. Management is virtually incompetent, they will constantly give you reviews about how you "are not meeting your goal", yet never give you a hard goal to strive for. Ask for a raise and you basically get ostracized. Management constantly pats themselves on the back for meeting their targets on the backs of other's hard work. Professionally speaking this is truly one of the worst places I have ever worked.
