Its long. Don't be surprised by a phone call and potentially two interviews. They may then ask you to complete an assessment. After that, you may have to fill out paperwork and feel like you're done. They did a 2-step interview when I started (2015), first being phone interview followed by an in-person interview days later. You are on contract for years, usually getting 6 month renewals, they used to do performance reviews every 3 months, but it seemed like every year it kept getting pushed back to the point where it was happening just before the contract renewals, and in two instances, weeks after the renewal instead.
They're desperate now, lots of data tech companies in London. Lots of people leave. They'll take anyone & make you feel like you 'got lucky' to 'get in'.
