Not a ideal place to work
Credit Analyst (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 October 2019
Not a ideal place to work..... it's a pressure chamber with horrible management. Low payment, no work life balance and extreme micro management. No career growth option.

Not a place to work
Credit Analyst (Former Employee) –  3 Church st Toronto15 September 2019
Extreme pressure for unresonabke numbers, worse manager on earth, dont expect minimum respect from yr manager, low pay and finally, you will feel you are working in India, not in Canada. One Manage from India made the environment even worse. He will make your life miserable if you don't oil him all day in every step.
This is the last place in Canada you will want to work.

A good place to work. Lots of opportunities to deepen your knowledge. Friendly environment and team. Free monthly team lunch. No micromanagement. I left because I had to finish my degree.

Good opportunity to build a network
Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON17 September 2018
Company is okay. They like to promote within which is good however, some of the promotions are for people who do not completely understand the scope of the job.
If you exceed what is expected from you, there is no reward aside from 'good job' and maybe a 'star' rating from a colleague.
Annual reviews are conducted based on how much a manager likes or doesn't like you. If the review was based solely on numbers, then management may have some real insight.
Good opportunity to build a network . Work life balance is NOT what this company offers although it may seem that way in the beginning. After some time, you will realize that they want to get everything they can from an employee to keep their profit inline vs rewarding hard work. Their sales reps represent two companies at the same time and analysts have very different views.

Good to gain experience in sub-prime lending
Credit Analyst (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON23 January 2017
Management doesn't always communicate changes or information to the other departments the changes may effect.
Rather than leading by example they will remind you of their title.
The work hours do not allow for too much personal life.
When ideas are suggested, they get addressed if they will not work rather than just leaving an idea to be considered. Keeps you from suggesting anymore.
Quite a few politics between departments
Pros
Employees are pretty laid back
Cons
Long hours, managers are by title only, not leaders.

Credit Investigator (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON19 February 2016
There is no "typical" day in sub-prime auto lending.
No day is the same, no file is the same, you are always working something new which you to learn daily.
The direct floor level management listens to all feedback and does their best to implement change and improve efficiency.
Pros
Flexible Scheduling, Pto
Cons
Understaffed

you have to fit into the culture which means you have no private life or you will be perceived as a non team player and be treated like an outcast in the office

CREDIT INVESTIGATOR (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON22 April 2015
AutoCapital Canada is excellent company well positioned to stir up the non-prime automotive lending industry. The management has clear focus on big picture project but sometimes lacks short-term focus on employee development.
