Not ready for the change
Manager (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 13 September 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThis company seems like it is not ready for the change. They have a Triage based mentality rather then project base. No one knows in which direction they should move on... Company have big plans but Management doesn't know how to implement and if someone wanted to implement new thinking and technology, he/she will be shown the exit door. Was really excited when I started my Job but then realized management needs only people who say yes with them. Internal friendships in Management is the big issue... Haphazard environment!!!

Great place to work
Manager (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 8 February 2021
I currently work at AutoCanada in Edmonton and it's a great place if you are a go-getter and want to advance in your career. Don't apply for a job here if you are lazy or don't have any drive as your co-workers will weed you out pretty quick. I love the people here and we have a lot of fun while working as well. This is a growing company and an overall great place to work.
