No growth, upper management doesn't care about employees who work hard, terrible management, clear favoritism, it's like working with a bunch of immature children

For starters, get rid of dead weight and people who skate by while doing little to no work. Show some appreciation for those who put in work, and hire people who do their job, period.

It's fast because they need to hire anyone who applies since lots of employees quit regularly. There's always job openings because people just QUIT

Listen to the employees, and learn to empathize. Show some appreciation to those who work very hard to help you line your pockets. Know how to do your own job before criticising others. Stop wasting time on Google in your office. Help your employees when they need help, not just hide in your office all day with the blinds and door closed. Be an actual leader and at the very least, acknowledge your employees.

The way it's being run, there is no future. This is what inept management on all levels will get you. Run the company to the ground. That's the bright future.

Terrible. They only care about money, not the people who put in hard work everyday.
