Steer clear, horrible place to work

Managment has no idea, plans always change and there is zero stability. The pay is so so, but it is just not worth the effort. What a absolutely giant waste of my time. I would not recommend anyone to apply.

They treat their employees well but the process of getting production going is a huge issue. No proactive thinking so much time is spent sitting around or going home early. No communication between departments

The is a good company they have good benefit they have monthly training on safety the supervisor and manager they alll professional working in aurora is a good experienced my co worker is so friendly
