Exciting but stressful

Lots of learning opportunities and many smart people. Lack of direction and accountability from senior management is frustrating but seems to be getting better. Pay is decent but lots of change makes things stressful

Slow motion train wreck

Working here was a tremendously stressful experience. There was never a clear business plan for more than a few months at a time. Upper management was more concerned with politics than making the company run effectively. All I can say in Aurora's defense is that chaos appears to be the norm for the cannabis companies in this stage of the game.

High turnover creates opportunity for advancement.
Cons
The company has never had a clear business plan.
