I was hired in the middle of a pandemic with lots of stress on the work sites. A huge lack of training and directions for new employees. Position had been vacant for awhile so program was behind with a new website in development.

Pros

Remote working for Covid-19

Cons

Lack of clarity

Amazing cultural

Great place to work, amazing cultural, opportunity for advancement. Managers really care about their staff, mentorship opportunities. A truly client focus organization with a stellar continuum of care. Always growing, advancing and innovating.

i worked there as a volunteer and enjoyed the company of other volunteers.

I and other volunteers helped in sorting clothes and other household things. I worked there for minimum 3 hours a day. I am still available for them whenever they call me.

Great Place

Love what they do for the youth and staff. Great atmosphere. They do not micro manage their staff. No staff member, no matter what title they have is too important to be of support to their clients.

Great Place To Work

The staff are friendly, work was enjoyable, access to snacks/coffee throughout the day, all around great environment. The hardest part of the job would have been the commute.

Pros

free lunches occasionally

Cons

long commute
