An absolute management mess

Management has zero idea what happens front line and has unreasonably high expectations. There is no regard for mental health or fatigue and they expect you to have all the flexibility with your schedule while having no flexibility for you. The pay is too low and the turn over is high due to burnout

Great place to work, amazing cultural, opportunity for advancement. Managers really care about their staff, mentorship opportunities. A truly client focus organization with a stellar continuum of care. Always growing, advancing and innovating.

i worked there as a volunteer and enjoyed the company of other volunteers.

I and other volunteers helped in sorting clothes and other household things. I worked there for minimum 3 hours a day. I am still available for them whenever they call me.

Great Place

Love what they do for the youth and staff. Great atmosphere. They do not micro manage their staff. No staff member, no matter what title they have is too important to be of support to their clients.

Great Place To Work

The staff are friendly, work was enjoyable, access to snacks/coffee throughout the day, all around great environment. The hardest part of the job would have been the commute.

Pros

free lunches occasionally

Cons

long commute
