The Manager is very toxic and cares nothing about the employees or their values. You will have no personal life at this place as it takes all the best part of your day.

With Godspeed, a nightmare. With A.T.S Healthcare very organized and really good environment to work at!

What is the best part of working at the company?Godspeed is one of the worst temp agencies out there. Would not recommend this company to anyone. A.T.S Healthcare in its self was a very well organized company with an awesome group of individuals to work with! Hard work, decent pay

You start early in the morning, organzing and sorting all your deliveries for the day. Once you get your truck loaded you make your route plan and go. Roughly 0530 to 1530.

A rare find

It's a good place to work, all employees are treated with respect. There were quarterly bonuses, not big but all employees get one regardless of position. They do nice things for employees like food and ice cream trucks on hot days.

Excellent Boss of Operation. Such a role model. Very rewarding at the end of the day. Makes you feel special for saving someone else's life for what they do. Very happy when I used to work here.

Les salaires sont contrôlés par Toronto et ne compter surtout pas sur les patrons pour aller à la guerre pour vous. Les pauvres employers qui reste là-bas travail pour trois, ils sont tous là-bas depuis plusieurs années et ils sont tous frustrés. C'est dommage de voir des employers qui travail depuis plus de 10 voir même 20 ans dire qu'ils aimeraient quitter. Si vous voulez travailler là-bas, préparez vous à devoir faire beaucoup plus de choses que ce qui est affiché sur leurs annonces. Reste juste à souhaiter qu'ils s'ouvrent les yeux un jour, parce que si le peu d'employers fidèles qui leurs reste décident de quitter, ils vont avoir bien du mal.

I loved ATS but I had to move far away

I had a great bunch of years working at ATS I made life long friends . We worked as a unit and we took our breaks together , when it was time to work we knew what we had to do, and what was expected of us. Great company and great people.

Hard work low pay. Bad management yeah not fun at all. No work life balance all work. They only were paying 2 bucks over minimum wage, to get one break on a midnight shift. While being go go go. No health & safety on site. Expected to undo dangerously wrapped skids by hand

Hard work will get you everywhere at this place

You're sure of job security because it's a busy place. Covid created a lot of sales opportunities for this company. You get to learn a lot delivering vaccines and narcotics all in a time constraint window of time. Management is fairly competent with the little manpower they can manage to keep. A lot of people quit in the warehouse dept. which created extra work for the drivers. They do pay the hours you work with decent benefits and ....always a little extra like Pizza once a month, pay $175 yearly for boots, bonus a extra few hundred dollars every 3 months. But it is a back breaking job, often management needs to pitch in because of labor shortage. Still it's a mid range pay but there is a lot worse out there. Some bigger logistic companies have time consuming rules that this sized company doesn't have. Which is a plus. Full pay after deductions was really good compared to any government or union paying job.

One of the best jobs I've ever had

This can be a great job if you love driving. I worked here for 1.5 years and drove approximately 280k kilometers in a mercedes cargo van. The manager was nice and my co-workers were great. I don't really have any complaints about working here.
