Poor Management & poor hours
Written by Junior Server (Former Employee) from Hamilton, ON on 9 September 2018
As a Junior/Part-time server you were only given 2 hour shifts, which would be totally fine if the amount of tasks that were given to us didn't continue to increase. It became more and more difficult to all the tasks with the growing amount of residents and additional tasks within 2 hours. If we ever went over 2 hours it would be our fault and managers - more... wouldnt listen to our complaints or take them seriously.
Also when I started college I had to change my availablitiy because 2 classes interefeared with times might be schedualed to work. I was told that I would have to work those days no matt ... - less
Prosflexible shifts & great co workers.
