Good student job but no advancement If you are a student working part-time it is perfect as they let you schedule based on your inputted availability on the app. The team was pretty good too with good communication. They did expect a lot from us though and definitely do not get paid enough. Expect minimum wage.

Let me save you the trouble, don’t work hereTerrible management, terrible company, no room for advancement or growth. No raises except provincial wage increases. Most of the staff admit to only working there for the discount. Owned by Canadian Tire you’d think it would be better, it’s not. Go somewhere else, save yourself.

A lot of work for not the best pay. You have way too many tasks to do in a given day, and it’s by design. If the company can get away paying one person to do what used to be done by two people they will. And sadly the pay will not reflect the amount of work you are now doing. The discount is nice but if the company can’t afford to pay you a living wage than what’s the point.

Place to work for passionate outdoor enthusiasts Excellent staff discount. Opportunity for growth and expanding product knowledge. Loved working there. Staff tend to stay longer than most retailers.
