Favoritism has to go. Pay experienced people better than the green hands. Pay everyone better. Stop promoting inexperienced people over experienced ones. Get a better benefit package.
Getting rid of the Favoritism would be a great start. That would require the removal of high level management. Bringing the pay up to industry standards for mining would be a good improvement as well as better benefits. Getting the proper tools for employees would be helpful as well.
