A very stressful workplace, large amount of work load put on individuals for poor pay, insufficient amount of tools required to complete jobs and with unreasonable time restraints. No training is provided, one must learn on their own and look a fool in front of clients. Management is lacking in several aspects i.e. communication & leadership being the stand outs. Management works against their employees specifically seen within the Service Department.
Issues within departments go unresolved and are brushed aside, creating poor work place attitude. There is a lack of respect for "the little people" in the company, the one's who drive the front line of the operation.
There are many great people here including the CEO that are hard working and dedicated employees of this company, however the flaws in the company drive employees away and thus why Atlantic Business Interiors has such a high turnover rate for employees.
