The work was Okish with Okish pay and benefits. Other truking companies give more money on part time basis. This was good experience in truck. thank you

Love it for its people, flexibility and management overall but they lack around compensation

a typical day at work: 37.5 hours of madness, work with people all around the globe, lots of meetings and sometime no time to actually work. Involvement everywhere which is great.what you believe you learned: everything since i started my careermanagement: great overall, we have a very collaborative environment and there is room to do your job and not a lot of micromanagement, but not many recorgintion (compensation is not adequate for what we do)workplace culture: flexible work week, hybrid WFH and office, office space a very nice and new, everybody is nice and our CEO is pretty greatthe hardest part of the job: working with ppl around the globe is sometime challenging and difficult (culture differences etc.), too much work for the amount of people we are and they keep cuttingthe most enjoyable part of the job: the flexibility and the challenges are always there and its always changing and evolving and this creates endless opportunities

Fast paced and slow at the same time

The job is slow in the sense they don't give you anything to do as an intern, but when they do their standards are very high. Nice pay and great networking opportunities
