company is fine, just don't like the layoff. there are certain divisions that they couldn't get any work for quite a long time, mass hiring and mass layoff happen quite often.

Love it for its people, flexibility and management overall but they lack around compensation

a typical day at work: 37.5 hours of madness, work with people all around the globe, lots of meetings and sometime no time to actually work. Involvement everywhere which is great.what you believe you learned: everything since i started my careermanagement: great overall, we have a very collaborative environment and there is room to do your job and not a lot of micromanagement, but not many recorgintion (compensation is not adequate for what we do)workplace culture: flexible work week, hybrid WFH and office, office space a very nice and new, everybody is nice and our CEO is pretty greatthe hardest part of the job: working with ppl around the globe is sometime challenging and difficult (culture differences etc.), too much work for the amount of people we are and they keep cuttingthe most enjoyable part of the job: the flexibility and the challenges are always there and its always changing and evolving and this creates endless opportunities

Productive and friendly environment

Most of co-workers were friendly and caring. Occasional and seasonal social events helped team bonding.After the sandal, they lost massive amount of projects and no one's position was stable

To be honest, my time here was filled with highs and lows. They would fly people from other offices to fill jobs but leave the local staff struggling to find work. When you do work, it is short notice and you need put your life on hold. Great stepping stone, and working for a big company helps with my resume but I wouldn’t work for this office or company again if the upper management is still the same. I felt my growth was stifled and no training were invested in the junior staff. Who wants to stuff jars for a year?

Hard to do at times with lack of trust and knowledge.

Very scary place to work at always looking over your shoulders as someone is trying to find something wrong. Then there is a lack of security towards everything so yes there were some nice people at Snc and there were bad people also.
